This semi detached, garden duplex is perfect for families. Located in the Lakeside Villas (a complex consists of 34 similar, semi-detached villas), this property has 126 m2 of usable space.
On the ground floor, there is the lounge (with a fireplace), kitchen (fully equipped), and, a small wc. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms with built in cupboards and a shared bathroom. On the second floor, there is another room with two single beds with an en-suite bathroom. Tasty furniture, with full white goods, as well as, air con units in each room and in the lounge.
All floors have access to balcony and terraces, where you can observe the amazing lake, mountain and forest views. The complex has two communal swimming pools (120 m2 each). 10 minutes walk from the famous Akkaya Restaurant, and the local mini market.

Area description
There are the grand views of Akkaya Lake, mountains, pine forests, citrus and olive groves, which makes the valley ideal for a tranquil and quiet Holiday. Due to the building restrictions, only a small number of houses and villas were built in the area.
A car, however, is a must, especially to get to the Dalaman Town Centre, and drive to the other towns and beaches.

#86 Simply a superb accomodation
I have been to Dalyan and Marmaris in the previous years. Last year I have booked two weeks in this detached villa in Dalaman, Akkaya Valley. Simply a superb accomodation. A few minutes walk away from the Lake, two grand communal swimming pools and lots of sunshine. So tranquil and unique location, I did not want my holiday to end - Mrs. Steffani, Putney, London
