The holiday apartment is only a few blocks more from the white sandy beaches and turquoise colored Caribbean Sea, and the popular Mamita´s Beach Club. This newly developing residential area of downtown Playa del Carmen is a popular, quiet area where many Playa locals and tourists alike reside.
The unique and attractive complex has 30 luxury units in total. Enclosed between the two buildings is a beautiful swimming pool and lounge area with plenty of space for sun bathing and reading.
Apartment 205 is a brand new condominium with high quality furnishings and beautiful colorful art has a spacious living and dining area with a Flat screen TV and DVD and home theatre system. Just off the kitchen is a 6 person teak dining table with a lovely view through floor to ceiling sliding doors to the balcony. This quiet balcony is between the main door to your condo and the access door of the living room, perfect to enjoy your breakfast or a late night drink. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern features and granite counters.
Both the Master bedroom and the second bedroom feature beautiful King Size canopy beds, ample wooden closets and private bathrooms. The unit has remote control mini split Air Conditioning in all rooms, plus ceiling fans.
Sufficient bed and bath linens are provided. There is a secured entrance with security guard and plenty of off-street parking.

#164 Staying at Aqua Terra is incredible!
The BRIC has it's act together, be-it the limo service (the chauffeur was terrific) from Cancun directly to their office for orientation, keys and a cell phone, to the daily house keeping, it made the stay effortless. The condo accommodations were top notch from the perfectly appointed beautiful decor to the gated courtyard and pool with 24 hr security. It was easy to instantly relax once inside knowing that if you needed any tips, advice or help, the BRIC was just a phone call away and more than willing to aid.
Thanks to all of you, this family will visit again and again.
