The perfect for a Self-Catering Holiday!
Drive through the main gates; park your car in the private garage. The main door is at the back. As you walk in from a small entrance space, there is the interior dining area (for 6) right in front of you. You will see the open plan, spacious kitchen with all top brand white goods, fully-fitted with cupboards and everything you will need for cooking and dining. There is a small pantry to the left side of the kitchen area.
There are two twin rooms (with fitted wardrobes, drawers and bed side cabinets in each one) on the left and a shared bathroom on the left. Walk through the dining area, to the high ceiling, stone walled lounge area, with sofas and chairs, by the fireplace. Satellite TV and DVD player is included in the living room. Through the lounge, you will end up in the master bedroom, with its own en-suite bathroom. There is a double bed, wardrobe, make-up desk, and bed-side cabinets. Also, sliding patio doors to the pool area and garden, from the master bedroom.
The bungalow/villa is fully air-conditioned, with plenty of windows and patio doors for natural breeze and extra comfort. Fully fly netted. Parasols and sunbeds, and outdoors dining table and chairs are included.
Located in small and quiet complex of 6 similar bungalows with, elite homeowners, in the middle of a pine forest and olive groves, surrounded with magnificent mountain views. Indulge yourself in tranquillity and awesome nature.
Only five minutes of walk away from the Akkaya Garden Restaurant and small local shop for your daily needs.

Area description
There is the Akkaya Garden Restaurant (www.akkayagarden.com) with its five star menu, by the stream. The restaurant’s naturally landscaped garden area is perfect for breakfast, lunch, and dining. You may simply want to relax with a book or a drink by the Bar, or, at one of our famous ‘’Stork’s Nests’’. You must try the fish and Akkaya Special Steak in the restaurant.
You can try the Akkaya Lake Boat Trip. You will be taken to the Akkaya Gorge (only accessible via boat or sailing), where you can marvel at one of Turkey’s hidden nature’s secrets. There is a sandy beach by the Lake, where you may go for a swim, sunbathe, or dine and drink at our Beach Club (not to mention the BBQ parties!).
We have an Indoor Sports Centre and Gym, as well as, an Indoor Pool in the Valley, for those who wish to keep fit, during their Holiday.
Also, you can go sailing, canoeing, and fishing on the lake, with our own private excursions.
The Akkaya Horse Farm and Horse Riding School is our brand new attraction! We have horses and ponies at our farm, for those who enjoy riding (the beginners and kids are welcome!).
If you like the nature sports, there are many opportunities including, hiking, trekking, cycling, mountain biking, and, bird-watching, where you may be able to spot various species of birds, on different months of the year.

#90 very beautiful place
We have spend 5 days in this villa. very beautiful place, the villa was very clean, fully aircondition which was great after coming back from town in very hot days, as it was 39 degrees in middle of june. The only few things could be organised, like more acurate descripion when it comes to transfer from the airport to the villa. the total time of transfer its around 25-30 min but no one mention that you will have to go through vey high mountins to get to villas,through very small road, i have came with small two kids 4 and 2 and if i knew more about the road from the aiport to the villa then i would never take my kids, it was very high, very dengerous, other thing which is very important was the car. you must rent a car and make sure its 4x4 not just normal small car, as you will need it for that type of mountin road,there was not microwave in the villa which was bit dissapointed because we had small child who need it a milk at night and she had to drink it cold, make sure you take good torch with you or candles as the electric will comes off at any time in day and night and you be left in the darkness, and the oven was not working as well, also satelite tv was not working , and no one came on time to fix it, that should be all done before guests arrive. very good size swimming pool, it has been clean evey day. we have visited akkayah garden restaurant, food was very nice and service was very good. i would say this place is suttible for young couple who want total privacy, beautiful surrounding, away from everything, who want to explore, who like high mountin and great adventure, defenietly not suttible for familys with small kids or older people. i would recomed this place to frends and i already did. in place like this you actualy can hear your own heart beat, total peace and just the noice of the nature which is amazing. we had great time, and yes we was bit dissapointed beacause of those few things which was not as it should be,but still we enjoy it. thank you Yusuf,
