Three bedroom holiday house Osmington Weymouth

The house has three large bedrooms, and the lounge has a snooker table and lots of books and games.

The area is ideal for walkers, birdwatchers and lovers of Dorset apple cake. The delightful Ringstead beach is 5 minutes away by car (or 20 mins walk along the coastpath) and is popular with for picnics, swimming, windsurfing and kayaking.

The lounge enjoys fabulous views out to sea and across to the hills and coastal footpath and has a snooker table, TV and a selection of books and games for in-house entertainment.

The kitchen is kitted out with decent sized pots and pans and utensils for self-catering, and a microwave but no dishwasher at present. In January 2012 a brand new kitchen will be installed with induction hob, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The utility room has a washing machine and space to dry clothes.

The master bedroom upstairs has a double and a single bed and an en-suite shower, toilet and basin with shaver socket. One of the downstairs bedrooms has twin singles and a folding bed, and there is another spacious twin bedroom both with washbasins.

The house is set well back from the road. A wide set of steps leads up from the front drive (which easily accommodates 3 cars) to the deck at the side of the house with a step down to paving and a brick BBQ. The deck has just the right balance of shade and sunshine and is a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the sea views.

The gardens slope gently up towards the back, where there are spacious lawns and more sea views. There is an apple tree at the rear (help yourself in the Autumn!) from where a gate leads out to fields behind and up on to the beautiful coast path towards Weymouth.
