Both the perfect touring base for discovering the delights of North Cornwall or for snuggling down with a good book after a long country walk or a stroll through the owner’s stunning 20 acres of garden and woodland.

Mezzanine double bedroom with limited headroom, due to vaulted roof. Ground floor bathroom with bath, basin, WC and electric shower over bath. Open plan sitting room with dining area and kitchen. Woodburning stove in stone fireplace. Shared use of lawned garden and patio with stream.

Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV, DVD, CD player etc. Coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer in communal utility room. Starter pack of fuel provided for woodburning stove, extra logs available at £3 per bag. Electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Shared use of lawned garden and patio with garden furniture and stream. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Pubs and shops 1 mile. Note: No babies/children.

Area description
For the energetic, the SW Coast Path passes through the village and in both directions it winds its way along the cliff tops and down to the water’s edge through dramatic countryside. Head north along the path and in 2.5 miles is the beautiful village of Boscastle with its quaint quay and village pubs for refreshment. Further afield, the surfing mecca of Bude with its resort attractions is 15 miles away while the open spaces of Bodmin Moor, the Eden Project, Padstow and the Camel estuary are all within a 40 minute drive.
