Private studio-room to rent in Tel Aviv

The holiday Studio is in an old building with high ceilings, and has been newly refurbished in excellent taste, private, spacious and with its own kitchen and bathroom, the accommodation is bright, clean and very comfortable. While the daily rate is tempting, the weekly and monthly rates are lower still.

As for service, we are always happy to help our guests with any advice or recommendations for places to go, or for dining. The area has unrestricted free street parking. There is no TV in the room, but that would be an unwanted distraction. We do have internet with WiFi so you can stay in touch with the world. Check in and out times can be flexible. If you have special requirements, feel free to ask and we will try our best.

The studio is located in the Florentine district of south Tel Aviv. Florentine is the fun neighborhood of Tel Aviv, old and shabby in an appealing way, it is authentic, full of historic buildings and Bauhaus architecture, cafes, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, and most are open till very late and very popular with young Tel Avivians. It also has excellent market style shopping for groceries, nuts and spices and many other goods at reasonable prices, popular with the old Tel Avivians.

The studio is in close proximity to many of the best attractions of this exciting city. Firstly it is a 10 minute walk from the south beaches of Tel Aviv. These tend to be quieter compared to central or Northern beaches, and are ideal for a morning walk and dip into the Mediterranean, followed by a breakfast by the sea with views of both old Jaffa to the south and modern Tel Aviv to the north.
