Sit and enjoy the views of the sea and Looe Island from the communal pool sun terrace. At all other times the park is a quiet retreat for some well earned rest and relaxation.

These 6 attractive cottages are set in a pretty enclosed courtyard with oak and granite lintels, leaded windows, stone reveals and slate window sills. The interiors have country pine furnishings and oak effect flooring in the living areas.

There are many shared facilities available on site. Leisure facilities: carp fishing lakes, new indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub open all year round offering a pleasant and warm environment in both summer and winter with the pool being heated to 28°C and the hot tub to 37°C. There is also a bar, mini cinema, hot food takeaway and family shop which is open at Easter, Whitsun, summer school holidays and autumn half term. Play facilities: children's play park.

Games room: with pool, air hockey and video games. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen,electric and central heating included. Regret no pets or smoking please. Location: beach, shop and pub 1.5 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
