The holiday cottage is adjoining another holiday property, both with separate entrances. It provides the ideal spot for those who take pleasure in walking, with many footpaths leading off in all different directions. Horse riding available close by.
This well thought out compact accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: leading off the bedroom, cosy room with TV, Freeview, DVD and woodburner effect electric fire.
Kitchen: entered via a couple of steps down from the lounge, with electric cooker with gas hob, fridge (with ice compartment), microwave and washing machine. Outside: shared garden and patio available with furniture and BBQ.
Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen, electric and heating included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking.
Additional info: Cornish cream tea on arrival. Location: shop within 1 mile, pub and beach within 2 miles. Arrival: after 3.30pm.
