You will enjoy views from the Sacré-Coeur to the Opéra Garnier and beyond. The place is bathed in sunshine from noon to the sunset - and what sunset!

The main room of the studio flat comes with a very comfortable sofabed, a closet and a filled bar in which you can help yourself... moderately of course :)

The kitchen is equiped with cooktops, fridge, freezer and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a large shower, and a washing machine.

Bed linen and towels are of course at your disposal, as well as WiFi internet (but no TV, sorry!)

The rue des Martyrs is famous for its pop-up stores, fine groceries (Rose Bakery and such) and the best baker of Paris: Arnaud Delmontel (prized for its baguette and its croissant). There is no better spot to live, even briefly, in Paris :)

The spot is perfect for sightseeing as it is:
- a 5 minutes walk from Abbesses, Pigalle and Moulin Rouge
- a 10 minutes walk from Montmartre, Sacré-Coeur, Opéra Garnier, Madeleine, Grands Boulevards and Galeries Lafayette.
- a 25 minutes walk from the Seine, the Louvre, the Concorde Square, the Champs-Elysées and the Canal Saint-Martin.

Nearest metro stations are Pigalle, Saint-Georges and Notre-Dame-de-Lorette, from which you can reach the Arc de Triomphe, Belleville, Saint-Germain, Saint-Michel, Bastille or Hôtel De Ville under 30 minutes from the door!
