The holiday villa is located in the beautiful village of Dalyan in the conservation area of the Turquoise Coast of Turkey, which retains much of its original charm and has a village community feel. Although In a semi rural position in Dalyan, our dream villa is within a 100 yards of the main street with numerous shops, restaraunts and small bars full of local charm. The neighbouring Turkish houses, cotton fields, stunning view of mountains and ancient rock tombs offer visitors to this villa a holiday of visual enchantment.

This luxury colonial style holiday villa in the best location in Dalyan with private pool is set in a large garden with trees and shrubs which offer some privacy to our guests. The 60 square metre pool is not overlooked and enjoys sunshine all day.

The accommodation comprises of 4 double bedrooms, 3 with king size beds and one twin, all with luxury en suites with showers. Also single and double sofa beds in the 2 main reception rooms to comfortably sleep up to 10 adults plus 2 infants if required. The villa is air conditioned throughout and all windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds. Zeytin Koru has alarmed security system and safety deposit boxes for our guests use.

Although a car is not necessary in Dalyan there is a private drive at the rear of the property for 2 cars. Set some way back from the road and not overlooked by other properties. The garden is fully maintained, lawned with flowering shrubs and retains protected mature olive and other trees.

The large private pool, which has steps and a shallow end, with extensive marble paved surround together with gardens and house balconies, offer varied sunbathing areas. Furnished with padded sun loungers . As the sun goes down the underwater lights illuminating the pool area against the backdrop of mountain scenery and the romantically lit Lycian Tombs, create a beautiful setting for a quiet relaxing evening.

The large shaded veranda complete with tables and chairs are perfect for dining alfresco. The attractive covered Turkish Kirsk provides perfect shaded seating for outdoor barbeques.
