We’ve designed and built Villa Sedir in the traditional Turkish architecture style with sleek and minimalist interiors, featuring a streamlined, uncluttered look with an emphasis on lighting whilst using natural materials only as well as top quality fixtures/fittings/appliances. NO PVC instead solid cedar wood.

Our villa offers spacious accommodation where larger families can spread out. 4 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 terraces, 4 bathrooms, 1 additional seperate WC, kitchenette, gardens.

Terrace has dining furniture and a BBQ which leads into garden featuring a private pool.

Elegantly designed bathrooms comprise solid wood counters, wall to wall mirrors, marble wash-basins. There is floor heating in the bathrooms. Walk-in showers 1.85x1.00 mt. Soft closing seats in the bathrooms. Each of the 4 bathrooms is 6 m2 and the 5th bathrooms is 9 m2 and it features a very large sunken jacuzzi. There are ceiling spot lights in all bathrooms. Solar water heating for the environmentally conscious.

There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor two of them with en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is the master bedroom with double bed. The second bedroom on the top floor with en-suite bathroom features 2 single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed. The 4th bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located in the lower level. This fourth bedroom also features a double bed. The seperate second lounge on the same floor has two single beds and a sofa. This lounge opens out to a private large terrace then leads into second lot of gardens. All bedrooms, lounges and terraces benefit from sea, peninsula, marina and island views. The beds and wardrobes are hand-crafted solid wood. Silk cotton blend linens are provided. All windows are fitted with fly screens.
