The property is located in Pollensa, very close to Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa, only 5 Km from the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is very spacious and it has a lovely pool, jacuzzi, BBQ and garden area. The villa has amazing views over the bay of Pollensa. The house has 2 levels and there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 toilet.
Theholiday villa hosts a very spacious and beautiful living room. The kitchen and the laundry room are fully equipped. We also have a modern security system for the swimming pool that prevents children from falling in.
There is a new outdoor jacuzzi next to the swimming pool area with a capacity for 4 adults.
The house also has digital TV, DVD, music player, speakers in every room, telephone and fax (upon request), air conditioning and central heating throughout the house, safe box and wireless Internet access (WI FI).
