This self-catering holiday villa in Uzumlu comes fully equipped and furnished to an excellent standard with a lovely illuminated private pool with child safety barriers, wi-fi Internet and a large Gym and Games Room. An ideal holiday venue for extended families with children or for groups of friends.

There are two king-size double bedrooms; a family room with a king-size double bed, a single bed and a cot; two twin-bedded rooms. Also the separate second lounge has two single sofa-beds.

There are 2 living rooms, one equipped with satellite TV/DVD/CD and the other has a stereo music system with iPod dock, together with a library of games CDs and DVDs. The downstairs Gym and Games Room has a Nintendo Wii with 40 games, darts, quoits, weights, table tennis, a cross-trainer, a punchbag and a surround sound theatre syatem. The villa has Wi-Fi Internet throughout.

The 60m2 Gym and Games Room has Darts, Quoits, Table Tennis, Weights, a Punch bag and a Cross-trainer. There is a bar area, surround sound theatre system and a Nintendo Wii with a large selection of games. There is also a shower room with toilet and a secluded sun terrace outside the Games Room.

A 30 minute drive takes you to Fethiye and Olu Deniz which is the centre for paragliding and nearby Hisaronu with a lively night life. Other local attractions include lovely upmarket Gocek marina, the 20km sandy beach at Patara which is close to picturesque Kalkan and water rafting at Saklikent Gorge - all within a 1 hour drive.

A 2km walk takes you to traditional Uzumlu village with shops, restaurants, wine bars and a weekly market. Above the villa is the Roman city of Cadianda which can be reached by car in about 15 minutes and is well worth the visit for the fascinating archaeology.
