Located just 20 minute drive from Disney, Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is a quiet, upmarket golf resort with 24 hr manned security at the entrance, it has excellent amenities including 3 communal swimming pools, a gym, children's play area, 2 tennis courts, bike paths, an attractive Clubhouse with a bar and restaurant open 7 days a week to visitors for breakfast and lunch. There is also a golf pro shop.

For added convenience, there is also a 24/7 Wal-Mart Superstore just outside the main gatehouse, with a gas station, bank, restaurants, & many other shops. One of the reasons we bought this house is the fact you can walk out to bars and restaurants without having to worry about the car.

The villa is very child friendly we offer a baby gate and use of a travel cot free of charge. To ensure child safety we have a removable pool fence and the patio doors are linked to the alarm alerting you if they are opened.

You are also nearer to both the Gulf & Atlantic coasts - the nearest beach is about an hour's drive. You can shop at the many discount malls, selling designer and other goods at a fraction of UK prices! Eating out is very reasonable too with a huge choice of restaurants - all within an easy drive.
