Holiday villa Aylesbury, Davenport, Orlando

The villa is ideal for families with two master bedrooms and the games rooms to occupy guests of all ages. It has its own large swimming pool, is fully air conditioned, tastefully furnished throughout and well maintained. It is a home from home and a lovely place to relax after a busy day enjoying all the exciting places Orlando has to offer.

Living Area

The front door opens onto the large open plan living area, incorporating the lounge, kitchen and dining areas, the vaulted ceiling gives it a bright and airy feel. The lounge has three large sofas, a Flat screen TV with cable, DVD with surround sound and a Docking station (for iPhone &iPod; use) with CD payer and Radio.

The Kitchen is fully equiped with all you require to make either a quick snack or a full meal. There is a laundry area with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The Dining area over looks the pool and lanai, the table can comfortably seat six people. Additional seating is available.

Master bedroom

This is situated at the rear of the property, it is a large room with a walk in wardrobe, dressing table, flat screen TV with cable, radio alarm clock, telephone and hairdryer. Sliding doors lead from the bedroom onto the pool deck. The en- suite bathroom has a door that leads onto the pool deck.

Guest Master bedroom

This is situated at the front of the property, it is a lovely bright room with a large bay window and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Also has Cable TV.

Twin Bedded rooms

There are two twin bedded rooms. One has a Mickey Mouse theme and a Play Station 2 wth games. Both rooms have a wardrobe closet and Cable TV.

Family Bathroom

This is shared by the twin bedded rooms and has a bath with shower above, washbasin and toilet.

Games Room

The garage has been converted into a Games Room and has a full size Pool Table, Football Table, an Electronic Darts Board and table and chairs as well as a selection of family/children’s games, toys and books.

Pool area
Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the extended pool deck which has a large lanai giving shade from the hot Florida sun. It is furnished with a table and chairs for outside dining and sun loungers. The large pool (15 x 30) is a salt treatment pool, which is much kinder to the skin, it is south east facing, so you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon. The pool area is fully screened and for an additional charge the pool can be heated, usually required from November – March.

Other information and Location
Aylesbury Villa is licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants and is fully compliant with State safety standards. These include smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, all doors and windows opening directly onto the pool area are alarmed and a Carbon Monoxide Detector is wired into the electrical system. The property is fitted with a monitored alarm system.

At no extra charge you will find in the vila, Wi-Fi internet (just bring your own lap top), local and national telephone calls, use of a safe, a highchair, cot (with bedding) and a stroller.
There will also be a complimentary welcome pack of basic groceries on your arrival.

The Villa is maintained to a high standard by our locally based Management Company who also provide a 24 hour emergency helpline. It will be cleaned before and after your stay.

It is well situated for your holiday, close by there are several executive golf courses, restaurants, shops, takeaways and supermarkets, including a large WAL MART and Publix. The new shopping development, Posner Park is less than a mile away offering, J.C Penney, Target, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods with other outlets opening in the near future. The lively Highway 192 is 15 minutes drive, here you can find many of the popular Bars, Restaurants like TGI Friday’s, Outback, Olive Garden, Carabbas plus shopping outlets and more family entertainment.
