Heating: O.F.C.H. and woodburner, initial starter pack of fuel provided, further supplies available from owner at £5 per basket.
Also Provided: Towels. Books and games. Bikes for guests' use. Guests also receive free entrance to Fairhaven Water Gardens, a great day out for everyone.
Pets: Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome.

The village is ten miles between historic Norwich and the bustling seaside resort of Great Yarmouth, which offers a lovely sandy beach as well as a traditional seaside atmosphere. There are many other opportunities for days out close by, offering something for all ages. The village has a pub with further facilities available in Acle, two miles away.
