The property has been upgraded in recent years and offers easy access to Dartmouth and the Start Bay coastline.

The holiday accommodation is approximately 10-12 minutes (mostly downhill) walk into the centre of Dartmouth, 60 yards from National Trust Woodland towards the lower end of Weeke Hill. Dartmouth Castle and Warfleet Creek are nearby with Blackpool Sands beach just four miles or so away.

ENTRANCE From a side entrance the front door leads into a spacious hallway.

BEDROOMS Three, all at ground floor level. The first is a twin room with two single beds. Bedroom 2 has a super King size bed (6') - that can be split to create two single beds - and en suite bathroom with bath, shower (over), basin and w.c. The third bedroom has a King size double bed. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied (except beach towels).

BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a shower room on the ground floor with large power shower, basin and w.c. Additional CLOAKROOM with w.c. and basin.

KITCHEN On the first floor is a contemporary kitchen with fitted units, laminate flooring, central island, electric oven and gas hob, fridges, dishwasher and doors to the balcony (a hallway cupboard houses the washing machine and tumble dryer).

SITTING/DINING ROOM A comfortably furnished sitting room with two leather sofas, TV with Sky Freeview, DVD iPod docking station and music centre. Feature fireplace with electric fire.

OUTSIDE A paved terrace covers three sides of the house and is bordered by attractive trellis with flowers and shrubs, and outside furniture. Decked balcony at first floor level with outside furniture.

PARKING For up to two-three cars on drive.
