Set in the small village of Marciano, this is a peaceful position perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday amidst tranquil surroundings with stunning scenery. From the garden it is possible to enjoy a panorama of the sea and the green hills that characterize this area of the peninsula. It is a property that develops around an ancient private courtyard, from where on one side you access the living quarters made up of various living-rooms and the kitchen, and on the other side you access the bedroom.

The property is structured in an irregular way and only part of it can be rented, while the other part is closed. To reach the sea from the house, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the island of Capri, you walk down a pathway that alternates between a path and stairs (a total of approx. 300). It is a unspoilt bay with a small bathing establishment and you enter the water from a ladder set on the rocks.

The bathing establishment is only open from June to September.
