Description
This holiday apartment is spacious and very well designed to include a large front garden and a small balcony to the rear overlooking the landscaped communal areas and there is also a fantastic communal swimming pool and jacuzzi. Only 500M from the famous La Zenia beach this has to be the first choice for anyone who likes to be close to the beach on their holidays.
The largest bay has all the facilities, beach bar, toilets, banana boat and pedalos.
The television has British TV channels, BBC, ITV,C4,C5 ect, and a DVD player is also available. There is a "safe" for your valuables.
The apartment is in walking distance of restaurants and a supermarket. La Zenia stretches from the blue flag beach back towards Villa Martin Golf Course and is one of the most sought after golf courses on the Costa Blanca there are 2 other golf courses within 15-20mins.
The apartment has a very sunny balcony but if you would like some shade our front garden is a very cool place to relax in but also catches the morning sun and is ideal for evening BBQS.
There is night time entertainment at the Hotel La Zenia which is 5 minutes walk. On a Saturday morning there is a market in Playa Flamenca which is within walking distance about 20 minutes, but 5 minutes by car

La Zenia rates as one of the most exclusive developments along the Costa Blanca situated five miles from Torrevieja and five minutes drive from the Villamartin golf course. The Maritime Walk, which embraces the whole of the peninsular coastline, gives access to some of the finest sandy beaches on the Costa Blanca.

It has well maintained beautiful gardens and pathways and a beautiful communal pool.
The community provides a tranquil respite, yet is close to both shops and restaurants and is only a 5 minute walk to the famous La Zenia beach.

Excellent property in a lovely complex everything was as described and everything you need for a beach holiday was provided .Chris the manager was a pleasure to deal with and we are already looking to our next trip.Also a mention for the pool area supervisor a real gentleman and a fountain of knowledge of the surrounding area would without hesitation recommend this property to family or friends
