On the left is a lovely shower bathroom with corner shower and a separate single bedroom. On the right is a staircase leading to the bedrooms on the upper level of the duplex. The lounge dining room on the ground level is completely open plan with lots of natural light. The floor is a light marble with white walls and the decor is in vibrant aztec reds. The lounge has comfortable modern sofas and a large TV and a DVD player. There is a large square glass dining table and lovely comfortable corner sofas around a glass coffee table.

There are large sliding doors leading out to a fantastic terrace that has direct access to the community pool and sun terracing. There is a table and chairs on the terrace as well as sun-beds around the communal pool. Flowers border each side of the terrace making this a lovely spot for evening dining.

The winding marble stairs have a stainless steel handrail and lead to the first floor. There are three bedrooms here; one double, one twin; and one single. The double has an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi-style bath. The twin is comfortably furnished and has views to the rear of the apartment. The third bedroom has a single bed with views also to the fields at the back of the complex. The twin and the single share a shower bathroom with a corner shower. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine and ironing facilities.
