The holiday property property provides a high standard of accommodation (reverse level) over two floors and is decorated in a stylish 'seaside' theme throughout the property. The accommodaion is an ideal base for couples wishing to explore the beautiful South Hams countryside with superb walks from the cottage along the nearby coastal path.

VIEWS Superb rural views from three of the sitting room windows on the first floor.

ENTRANCE The property entrance leads in at ground floor level into a hall way with room for coats and shoes and level access to the ground floor bedroom and shower room. Wooden white painted stairs lead up to the first floor.

BEDROOM With double metal framed bed, bedside units, single wardrobe with further under bed storage. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are supplied.

SHOWER ROOM on the ground floor with large shower cubicle (step up to) with rain shower head and misting spray jets, W.C., touch LED lighted mirror and heated towel rail.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM A light and sunny open plan room with triple aspect windows to take in the lovely rural views. The lounge area has a brown leather sofa and comfortable easy chair, Bose radio and CD player, flatscreen television with DVD player. Dining table with three chairs. Two steps lead down to the well equipped galley kitchen with 4 ring halogen hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and Smeg fridge.

OUTSIDE Large landscaped communal gardens with seating areas, barbecue area and tennis court, all of which are available for the use of guests.

GAMES/LAUNDRY ROOM Communal washing and drying facilities available at an additional cost. Table tennis and darts are also available.

PARKING Limited unreserved parking available for 1 car adjacent to the property on a first come basis. Futher parking available in the main car park next to the tennis court.
