The property is approached by a sweeping gravelled driveway, and enjoying direct private access to Croyde's superb sandy beach. With reverse style accommodation, the spacious and stylishly presented living / dining room is placed on the first floor to take full advantage of the captivating views over Croyde Bay. This lovely room is made light and bright by large picture windows and there is a separate modern compact well equipped kitchen to the rear. A large twin bedroom is also on this floor, beautifully presented and having garden and countryside views. On the ground floor you will find a further twin room and a pristine family bathroom.

Such close proximity to the beach is quite unique in Croyde and this special retreat will provide a perfect backdrop for many memorable family holidays. There are miles of spectacular coastal walks nearby and pubs and restaurants providing good food are in plentiful supply.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Hall. Bedroom 1 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 2 with Twin and bunk beds. Living/dining room with electric wood burning stove effect fire, TV with satellite freeview and DVD. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. A washing machine is housed in an alcove off the hallway.

Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Electric panel heating. 2 Pets welcome. No smoking. Ample parking. No short breaks. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
