The swimming pool with panoramic viewa is the natural focal point, however, the villa which was built in local stone, has some exemplary features such as quality, spacious and spot-lighted living spaces with fireplaces and en-suite facilities throughout the 4 large bedrooms. The house is equipped to an extremely high standard and you will truly benefit from the ' home from home' approach.

A satellite navigation system is at your disposal during your stay - pre-set with all local restaurants and places of interest. Broadband internet access, DVD library, snooker and football table, games and library are also provided for your entertainment.

The property comprises: 4 Bedrooms. Master Bedroom with queen sized bed, with en-suite large bathroom: bath, shower, bidet and toilet. Bedroom 2 - double bed plus child bed (cot also available on request), with ensuite large shower room, bidet and toilet. Bedroom 3 - double bed with ensuite large shower room, double sinks, bidet and toilet. Bedroom 4 - twin beds with ensuite shower room. All beds have memory foam mattresses, egyptian cotton sheets and soft pillows. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, indoor shutters and mosquito netted windows.

The private swimming pool is 14 x 5m; depth 1.5m (available May - Sep) and is surrounded by beautiful indian sandstone tiles - which helps avoid any burning feet when you have to leave your relaxing sun lounger. An outside shower is also provided.

The ground floor of the villa comprises kitchen with breakfast bar and utlity area, dining room with large 8+ seater table, shower room and toilet, lounge with fireplace and games room. The floors are covered in travertine tiles with underfloor heating. Original, handmade terracotta tiles are found throughout the upstairs.

There are a number of outside, shaded eating areas.
