Our home sits in a very quiet neighborhood where afternoon walks or biking is safe. The pool and living, kitchen, family and lanai layout allows the whole party to be integrated at all times if wanted and at the same time provides privacy to the bedrooms.
For those who like fresh squeezed grape fruit juice or lemonade we have 2 huge trees that provide fruit from August to February. Having breakfast in the lanai by the pool is one of our favorite times.
