Garden: The garden is enclosed, spacious and mainly laid to lawn with a patio area. Garden furniture and gas barbecue.

Extras: Towels are available for hire at £3.00 per person per week, payable on booking.
Also Provided: Fixed stairgate. One basket of logs for the woodburner, books, games, toys, highchair and baby monitor.
Pets: Two dogs welcome, but please do not allow in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Additional pets by arrangement.

Notes: The stairs for Bedroom 3 and the Children's Sitting Room are quite steep and narrow, in keeping with a cottage of this age. Bedroom 3 is accessed via bedroom 4 with a curtain providing privacy.
