The villa has a spacious pool terrace surrounding the private freshwater swimming pool, which is furnished with eight cushioned sun-beds, large parasols. A canopied pergola shades the dining table and a stone BBQ caters for your alfresco dining. Jacaranda, Bougainvillaea, Honeysuckle, Fan Palms and Conifers surround the relaxing terrace.

With the 4 bedrooms, three double, one twin, and 3 bathrooms split over 3 levels it sleeps 8 people comfortably offering space and privacy as each of the bedrooms has its own furnished balcony or terrace.

Villa layout::

From the pool terrace patio doors lead into the open plan fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with every modern convenience, including dishwasher, electric water cooler and ice making machine with indoor dining table.

Leading from here is the lounge area with a large comfortable sofa unit providing ample seating. This light and airy room has two furnished balconies and has satellite TV, and a home theatre system for your indoor entertainment. An additional washroom is at this level.

First floor; two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin; each room has wooden bedroom suites with triple wardrobes, vanity units and matching bedside cabinets. These rooms share a family bathroom, which has a full sized bath and overhead shower with glass panel screen. Each room has doors leading to their own furnished balconies, with sea views.

Second floor; This has one double bedroom, shower room and landing area, the room is furnished with wrought iron vanity unit, mirror and matching bedsides and a white double wardrobe. This bedroom has panoramic views over Kalkan. From the landing area doors lead out on to the roof terrace.

The roof terrace is furnished with cushioned sofa and chairs, marble top coffee tables and a canopied pergola. Where you can enjoy the 360-degree views over Kalkan the Mediterranean Sea and islands, with a backdrop of the majestic Taurus Mountains and is a favourite spot to enjoy your sundowners whilst watching the boats return to harbour before preparing to enjoy the night in Kalkan.

Garden level;there is a double bedroom, shower room and second sitting room which has a double sofa bed making this an ideal family suite.

The bedroom is furnished with a wooden bedroom suite with triple wardrobe, vanity unit and bedside cabinets. Patio doors lead out onto the secluded chill zone, furnished with hammocks, wicker seats, patio table and chairs and the whole of this area has a delightful garden with bougainvilleas, palms, mimosa and lemon trees.

The villa is cleaned and linen is changed every third day of your stay.

Operating is a "honesty" wine rack which along with the welcome pack ensures your holiday gets off to a good start. Fresh bread is delivered daily.

Internet access is provided through a pre-paid USB device whichprovides 4GB monthly.

All rooms including staircases have individual emergency lights, and childrens safety gates are fitted to all downard staircases.
