If you aim to relax, then these cottages are for you, they have views all around the lush Mayenne countryside. Both cottages are practical, each with a well-equipped kitchen, modern furnishings and appliances, the private garden areas are compact but adequate, ideal for a barbecue or relaxing.

Guests have use of the large grounds, ideal for the children to run around. Activities in the area include cycling, fishing, golf, and within walking distance is the nautical park of La Rincerie, 800m, which offers water sports and windsurfing.

For lovers of French culture and history the Loire has numerous historic sites and monuments including wine tasting. Visit historic Angers with its medieval chateau, 70km, and Chataubriant famous for its fine restaurants, 34km. Take a trip to the coast and visit Mont St Michael, a great day out.

Electric heating all fuel and power included in rent May to September, €40 supplement October to April, bed linen and towels included in rent, cot, Freeview TV, DVD player, microwave, Lawned garden, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, shared grounds and orchard, ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets. NB: There is a step in the garden, sloping banks in the grounds and stream nearby (empty in summer months).
