Summary
This fabulous penthouse has all modern facilities and state of the art interior. It is in an idyllic setting next to the beach and sand dunes of the National Park.
Description
With many restaurants and a supermarket within ten minutes walk you will have everything needed for a fantastic beach holiday. The accommodation is spacious and has lots of room for a large family, or group.
There are three outside terraces, the main dining terrace is just off the very spacious lounge. This overlooks Artola golf couse, is shaded and great for alfresco eating. There are eight chairs and large table here for that purpose.
The other two terraces are on roof top level with great views of the sea, hills and local golf courses. One faces east and the other west, with Dedon Daydream double lounger bed with canopy and cushions, Kettal settee and armchairs, swing seat etc, so sun bathing is assured all day and evening. Two of these terraces are totally private and not overlooked.... a rarity on the Costa del Sol.A gas BBQ is provided.
Two double bedrooms and two twin, complete the sleeping accomodation. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The master bedroom has a super king size double bed.
Ensuite marble bathroom and direst access to terrace.
The penthouse bedroom has two single beds.
Ensuite bathroom facilities and private access to the terraces. This room is large and has a sofa, DVD and CD players. This makes it ideal for teenagers.

The comfortable living area has large leather sofas, flat screen TV with satellite TV (BBC, ITV stations) and CD player. There is a large dining table and chairs .The penthouse has lots of CDs Videos, games and books provided.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite worktops,and integrated dishwasher,mircowave,oven, hob and washing machine. There is a kettle, coffee maker and toaster. With marble flooring throughout the apartment and air conditioning, this property will not disapoint you!
Fabulous tropical gardens surround the elegant gated and secure apartment blocks with a large swimming pool, underground changing rooms, showers, w/cs etc. There is also a childrens pool and poolside showering facilities.

Area description
The area surrounding the penthouse is residential. It is literally the last property before the protected sand dunes, which are now an official Andalucian National park.
A five minute stroll through the dunes takes you onto the beach at Carib Playa.Here the sand is real sand, totally unlike the grit/stones you find along so much of this coast.
