The holiday accommodation is perfect for weekend getaways, longer holidays, sailing accommodation, house-hunting visits, and temporary lodging for relocation.

The house sleeps 2-6 comfortably in 3 double bedrooms, each furnished with a king size zip-link beds which can be either doubles or twins (single beds). This is a modern, spacious, split level detached house with exceptional 180 degree sea and coastal views from the balcony and living rooms.

The house is situated on the lower part of the island, not far from the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy and has a light and sunny aspect.

There are two parking spaces at the front of the house and more parking is available in the quiet road if required. At the back there is an attractive secluded garden with a sitting area.

The decor is neutral and contemporary. There is gas central heating, free Wifi Internet access, hifi, ipod docking station, Freesat Television and a DVD player.

The house is an upside down house, set into the side of a hill, with bedrooms on the ground floor at the back and the living accommodation at ground level at the front. Both the kitchen/dining room and the lounge have amazing views of the Chesil Beach and overlook the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy.

The kitchen is fully-fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and grill and gas hob and has a dining area with a view to die for. The separate, sunny, double-aspect lounge has comfortable furniture, up-to-date audio/tv equipment and patio doors to a balcony with further seating and dining furniture and amazing views - a great place to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine!

Downstairs the 3 double bedrooms have zip-link king-size beds which can be either made up as doubles or twin singles. One bedroom has an ensuite with a walk-in shower, handbasin and loo. The middle bedroom has a door that leads to the back garden and there is also a family bathroom with bath and shower over, handbasin and loo. Under the stairs a cupboard houses a washing machine.
